I am an experienced and compassionate psychologist who specialises in supporting women aged 18 and above with their mental health struggles.
“I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and see an empty reflection; loss, isolation, trauma, grief – they shape us. We need people and we need compassion to help us find our way back to ourselves. That’s how I see the role of the psychologist; someone who can offer you skills, wisdom, courage, motivation, who is committed to your healing. Someone who can support and enable you. The therapeutic relationship is fundamental, it’s the vehicle for change”.Michelle
Through the ups and downs of relationships, being blighted by anxiety and depression, the impact of trauma, perinatal anxiety and depression, or when being a mother feels hard. I have undertaken specialist training in perimenopause and menopause.
I can support you through life’s challenging transitions. Read how I can support you here.
I am not a generalist; I proudly specialise in women’s mental health.
Email me and we can arrange a free 15-minute telephone call or online chat. Together we can consider if we are a good fit for one another.
Once you have decided to go ahead with therapy you can meet me in person in Cambridge or we meet securely online.
I will work with you to provide the most appropriate evidence-based therapy to suit your individual needs.
I offer therapy sessions online via secure video calls and in-person from comfortable, private consulting rooms in central Cambridge.
Both settings provide a confidential space where we can work together, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs and circumstances.
